Full booking is available for a group of 30 – 80 guests. We prepare three choices of plans depending on your party budget. Our in-house planner fully assists you with the preparation to make your party a perfect one.
While keeping the atmosphere of a hideaway, this dining bar has been accommodating various large group gatherings. From wedding ceremonies and after-parties to reunion parties, corporate receptions and anniversary parties, it has hosted more than 1,000 parties since its foundation in 2002.
The sense of openness created by ivy-covered large windows and the 3.8m-high ceiling dominates this spacious room, where a group of up to 80 guests can enjoy a relaxed moment. We can also modify the layout of the room for different purposes at your request.
Our in-house planner supports your preparation from the initial meeting to the party day. You can rest assured that everything, including timetable, event ideas, and meticulous preparations, will be made ready to your liking. Comprehensive party organizing plans, complete with MC and party game prizes, are also available.
A full-booking plan comes with meals and two-hour unlimited drinks. Choices are available from Standard Plan (5,000 yen), and Platinum Plan (6,000 yen). Our healthy menus generously using seasonal vegetables are particularly popular among female guests.
A fitting room in the next-door facility run by Shibuya City is available for use. This Japanese-style room with approximately 20 square meters comes with a restroom and hot-water station. It is an ideal space to change, prepare, and leave luggage. Grab a moment of relaxation completely isolated from the party venue.
A 120-inch (244 x 183 centimeters) wide screen is installed in the restaurant. In normal hours, it shows old classic movies as BGV. At parties, it is made available for customers to play their own movies and slide shows.
Imported antique sofas covered with chrome leather and heavy glass tables characterize the space. White, fully custom-made sofas are upholstered in genuine bull leather that mature with age. Counter stools are exclusively designed by Le Corbusier. The single-panel counter table, finished with urethane coating used for pianos, gives out unique greenish gleams.
In affiliation with a patissier, one of the best in the catering industry, we prepare a variety of cakes ranging from the standard square types to variety cakes featuring original portraits and popular characters. Besides their gorgeous presentations, their authentic taste brings satisfaction even to dessert connoisseurs.

When your party date is finalized, book "Preview" by phone or e-mail.
The overall flow from site-tour booking to the party will be as follows:
It takes about 30 minutes to receive explanations and a preview of the site. Our staff will personally attend you. Please call us before arrival.
Upon taking the site tour and filling in our order form, your party is temporarily booked. For seven days (temporary booking period), we retain your reservation without charging a cancellation fee.
We ask you to sign our agreement form and pay the deposit (20,000 yen). The booking completes with the payment of deposit and the signed agreement.
Our staff will invite you to a meeting to decide the site layout and party program in details. It usually takes place two to three weeks before the actual party. Feel free to enquire about the procedure and option availabilities at this occasion.
The deadline for the confirmation on the final number of attendants and party options is one week before the party.
Prior to guest arrivals, we confirm with you the final program of the party.

Minimum Order Requirement
250,000 yen * The amount includes tax & service charge, Prices for optional services are excluded.
Payment Method
On the day of the party, please make the payment in cash after the event.
Guest Number Confirmation / Fluctuations on the Party Day
Please let us know the final number of guests at least seven days before the event. When the number of guests increases on the day, we charge extra 2,500 yen per additional guest. If the number of guests decreases on the day, we charge you for the headcount confirmed in advance.
Extension Charge
Extra preparation time prior to the party will be charged at 15,000 yen per 30 minutes. For prolonged party time, we charge 600 yen per guest for every 30 minutes.
Cancellation Fee
For cancellations after the final booking, we charge cancellation fees in the following manner: 20% (60 days before the event) / 30% (30 days before the event) / 50% (10 days before the event) / 70% (2 days before the event) / 100% (1 day before or on the day of the event)
